You are meant to lighten your load and to lighten up. You are meant to hold more light in your bodies.

There are many others here in the higher realms who are quite joyous about the way you are releasing that which is old and worn out. We all want you to know that this ascension process is about stripping away that which is not yours, that which you have tried on for size and decided didn’t fit. You are enormous beings of love and light, and it is time for you to own that and to live according to that knowing. You do not have to unpack all of your traumas and go on a journey of releasing all of those stuck energies, unless they are coming up for you in the now moment. I know that you can look around at your lives and your world and think that they look far from perfect as you observe them in this very moment. But please take me at my word when I tell you that you are the perfect person to spread more light around to those who are in your lives and to those who are on your world with you.
You are in the perfect place because you are awake and you know who you really are, and when you do dig deep down inside of yourselves, you will find that there is only love there. There is only light to be spread, because that is what you are made of, and that is what you were created from and created to be.
